Crystal was founded in 1988 to serve the microelectronics industry in FAB Technology. Over the time Crystal established offices in Europe, Asia and the USA.

In 1996 a specialized division for the development of 5D Technologies was set up to enable digital reality applications in the microelectronics industry. A global approach was once again adopted.

Today, Crystal 5D Technologies provides leading edge solutions for a variety of applications.
