This application provides a real-time interactive Digital Reality of an entire project, such as a factory with all installations, utility systems and process tool configurations. All objects are represented by photo-realistic models with all associated information. The Digital Reality can be accessed from any web-based location. Walking through the 5D environment enables pre- or review of all objects. At the same time all required data, documents, reports, etc can be retrieved by double clicking the related object. Instead of searching for a certain document in a traditional archive with stacks of papers, this so called visual database provides easy access and covers all information in a digital format.
